- Stayy partners with Stripe to facilitate payments.
- Property owners can choose to activate payment options by connecting their Stripe Connect account to their Stayy account.
Stayy payment processing fees.
- Credit card payments: 4.5% of the total payment. Plus $1 per payment.
ex: a $1,000 credit card payment will have a $46 fee.
- Bank transfer (ACH) payments: 1.5% of the total payment amount. Capped at $99, so this transfer fee will not exceed $99.
ex: a $1,000 bank transfer payment will have a fee of $15.
ex: a $20,000 bank transfer payment will have a fee of $99.
Note that bank transfers can take a while to set up and process, depending on your guests banking.
